is it time to ditch rest for grpc tho

I've noticed gRPC popping up way more often recently. It's got me thinking, is this the moment we should consider ditching our current RESTful APIs and switching over? Speed is a major reason, definitely, but I'm a little worried about how long it'll take to learn and if the tools are as good as what we already use. What's your take on this move, particularly for our internal microservices? Have you guys dealt with this before?
