i'm building out a new feature that needs to shoot out real-time alerts to tons of users everywhere, like on their phones and the web. i've been kicking around ideas, maybe using message queues, you know, like Kafka or RabbitMQ, to spread the word out. and possibly a NoSQL database to keep a log of all the notifications sent. what do you think about building something that can manage a lot of traffic and get alerts out fast, even when everyone's trying to use it at once? any particular ways of setting things up or tools you'd suggest for something this big
