hey folks, ive been thinking about distributed tracing lately. our microservice architecture is getting more complex, and im wondering when it becomes a 'must-have' instead of just another tool to learn. what are the key indicators or specific scenarios where youve found distributed tracing to be essential for debugging and performance monitoring? when did you decide 'okay, we need this now'?
