when should you really start thinking about a data warehouse tho

Hey everyone, I've been thinking about our data strategy lately. We're collecting a lot of information across various services, and while we can query individual databases, it's getting harder to get a holistic view for reporting and analytics. For those who've been there, when did you decide it was time to move beyond operational databases and actually invest in a proper data warehouse? What were the pain points that finally pushed you over the edge?
