How do you deal with eventual consistency in distributed systems? That's a really interesting question.

I've been struggling with eventual consistency in our multi-region setup recently. We're running into some annoying race conditions because data updates don't always make it everywhere at the same exact moment. How do you all usually handle this? Are you guys using special patterns like CRDTs, or do you rely more on checks and retries within the application itself?
