Message Queue Dedication: One Queue Per Service or Shared?

hey all, i've been wondering about our message queues. when you have a bunch of microservices, is it easier to give each one its own queue, or should we have some shared queues that lots of services pull from? it feels like the pros and cons really change depending on what we're doing. i'd love to know what you all are doing and what made you pick those patterns.
