how do you handle eventual consistency with microservices, you know, when things aren't perfectly synced up right away

hey everyone, i'm struggling to keep data consistent as we move more towards microservices. we have services that need each other's data, and you can't really do strict ACID transactions between them. i've looked at patterns like Sagas, but they seem really complicated to set up and keep running. what do you all do to handle eventual consistency? are there any tools or frameworks you like for managing this? i'm looking for practical advice and stuff you've actually done.
