when would you even consider not using RESTful APIs.

Hey everyone, I've been chewing on our API strategy lately, especially with how we're growing. We've leaned on REST for ages, and honestly, it's worked out fine. But clients are getting way more complicated, and we need to grab data faster. So, I'm wondering when we should really start looking at other options, maybe GraphQL or something else entirely. What have you all seen, and what makes you think it's time for a different API approach?
