hey folks, i'm wrestling with a decision on a new project and wanted to get some community input. we're building a core service that manages user profiles and their associated data. it's going to be complex, with a lot of state changes and potential for auditability needs down the line. i'm considering event sourcing as a pattern to handle this. has anyone here made the jump to event sourcing? what were the specific pain points or benefits that led you to that decision, and how did it impact your overall architecture and development workflow?
