logging strategy for microservices

Hey everyone, I've been struggling to get logging standardized across our microservices as we keep growing. It's tough because we're using different languages, frameworks, and even ways of deploying things. What's your best way to make sure logs are consistent, searchable, and actually useful? Are you sending everything to ELK, Grafana Loki, or some other tool? And how are you dealing with structured logging and correlation IDs?
