How do you handle cache invalidation with microservices?

Hey everyone, I've been looking into caching for microservices. We have a few services that need the same data, and keeping their caches updated is a real pain. Time-based expiration is okay, but it's not perfect. What do you all do to invalidate caches when different services might change the same info? Any specific approaches or tools you really like for this?
