when shud u think abt gettin a cdn

hey everyone, ive been thinking about performance optimization for our web apps. were seeing increased traffic and some latency issues, especially for users far from our servers. i know CDNs are great for caching content closer to users, but im wondering about the tipping point. at what point does the complexity and cost of setting up and managing a CDN outweigh the benefits? what kind of traffic volume or user distribution makes it a must-have versus a nice-to-have?
