when to introduce feature flags?

hey everyone, ive been thinking about feature flags lately. were hitting a point where rolling out new features can be a bit risky, especially with our current CI/CD pipeline. im wondering about the sweet spot for introducing feature flags. is it more about team size, release frequency, or the complexity of the features themselves? curious to hear how you all approach this and what the tipping point was for you.
