how do you manage config drift in production? dont you hate it when that happens? its such a pain to fix.

we've been seeing more and more where production environments, especially across multiple clusters, start going off track. Manual changes, bad rollouts, and weird system stuff can all do it. How are you all handling config drift? Are you all-in on GitOps, or do you have other tools and processes to spot and fix drift before it causes big problems
