pickin the right cloud provider for a startup

Hey all, I'm working with a new startup and we're trying to decide on our primary cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure). We're a small team with limited cloud ops experience, but we expect rapid growth. What factors are most important for a young company? Cost, ease of use, specific services, or something else? Any war stories or recommendations?
