So, how do you keep track of all your microservices when they're constantly popping up and disappearing?

Hey everyone, I'm trying to figure out service discovery for our microservices, and it's getting crazy. Services are popping up and disappearing all the time. Trying to keep the configs updated manually is just impossible. What do you guys use or recommend to make sure services can find each other without a ton of work? Any patterns that have actually worked well for you in the real world?
