whats ur go to for distributed tracing tho

Hey everyone, I've been looking into distributed tracing recently. I'm trying to get a better handle on how requests move through our microservices. I've seen OpenTelemetry come up a lot, and also Jaeger and Zipkin. If you've already set up tracing in production, what do you like best and why? Are there any specific gotchas or best practices I should know about when I set it up?
