so, configuration management in microservices, right?

Hey everyone, I'm trying to figure out the best way to handle configurations as our microservices architecture keeps getting bigger. It's a bit of a mess right now because we're using a few different methods. So, are you guys centralizing your configs, injecting them when you build, or doing something else? What works and what doesn't with your system, especially for updates and when you need to roll things back?
