circuit breaker pattern for microservices

hey everyone, ive been thinking a lot about fault tolerance in our microservice architectures lately, specifically the circuit breaker pattern. when services start failing, we dont want cascading failures. has anyone implemented circuit breakers? what libraries or strategies do you recommend for implementing this, especially in a Go or Java environment? curious about the performance overhead and any gotchas.
