Serverless versus containers: when should you make the switch?

hey folks, ive been thinking a lot lately about the serverless vs. containers debate. we're currently running a lot of our microservices on kubernetes, and its been great for flexibility. but im seeing more and more teams adopting serverless functions for event-driven workloads and getting them to production super quick. when did you all decide to move parts of your infrastructure from containers to serverless, or vice-versa? what were the key factors that tipped the scales for you? any common pitfalls to watch out for when making that transition?
