were building out a new service and are running into the classic problem of keeping application state consistent when we scale horizontally. weve looked at sticky sessions, but that feels like a bottleneck waiting to happen. are people using external stores like Redis for this, or is there a cleverer pattern Im missing? curious to hear what works for you.
