when's it time to reevaluate ur ci/cd pipeline

we all have CI/CD pipelines, but how often do we stop and ask if they're still working well for us? Mine seems a bit slow lately and I'm wondering what signs show it's time for a big rethink. Are you noticing longer build times, more flaky tests, or maybe trouble adding new tools? When did you last check up on your pipeline, and why did you decide to?
