whats your go to for monitoring distributed systems tho

hey ppl, been tryin to keep tabs on our distributed system lately. We use Prometheus for metrics, but tracing feels like a whole different animal. Weve checked out Jaeger and Zipkin, but im wonderin what else ppl use in production. whats ur go-to for distributed tracing, and whats good or bad about em? any good ways or tips for instrumenting services right
