What do you usually use to trace requests through microservices?

Hey everyone, I've been digging into tracing requests as they hop between our microservices. It's crucial for debugging and understanding performance bottlenecks, but there are so many tools out there. Jaeger, Zipkin, OpenTelemetry... What have you found to be the most effective, and what are the key trade-offs you considered when choosing? Especially curious about how well they handle high-throughput systems and integration with Kubernetes.
