How should you stream logs to different places? What are the best ways to do it?

Hey everyone, I'm trying to figure out the best way to stream application logs to a bunch of different spots. We need them in our central logging setup (like ELK or Splunk), a tool that does real-time analytics, and maybe a data lake for safekeeping. What do you guys usually use for this kind of thing, sending logs everywhere at once? I want to make sure it's fast and not overly complicated. Any big problems to avoid when we're dealing with tons and tons of logs?
